KINETIC ANIMATION INC operates primarily under custom enterprise agreements and Statements of Work (SOWs) for visual effects and animation services, and subscription billing for platform access. Payments are generally non-refundable except as explicitly outlined below.

For recurring subscription services (e.g., KINETIC ANIMATION INC Platform access), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations apply to the following billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or unused time within an active billing period.

We believe in transparent partnerships. If you are unsatisfied with a service or believe a billing error has occurred, please follow this process:

  3. A Studio Manager will review the request and respond within one (1) business day.
  4. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

We request that you contact our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of platform access pending investigation.
