KINETIC ANIMATION INC provides creative production, 3D animation, VFX compositing, and visual media capabilities for global clients. The specific scope of services is governed by your individual Statement of Work (SOW) or production contract.

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, KINETIC ANIMATION INC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your authorized productions.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KINETIC ANIMATION INC and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of KINETIC ANIMATION INC.
